Ms. Tracia holds a dual Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Montclair State University. She has been working in early childhood since 1998. She is a Florida certified birth through 3rd grade teacher, and holds an Advanced State of Florida Director’s Credential. Early Childhood Development is her passion and this has brought her back to the childcare industry. Ms Tracia and her team are excited about every child who enters Ladybird Academy of Winter Springs. They strive to provide the best care through parent involvement, effective communication, hands on learning experiences, and daily appropriate practices.
