I have over 20 years of experience working in the early childhood education field. I started working for Ladybird as an assistant teacher working my way up to Director. I currently hold an active CDA and the state of Florida’s Director’s credential. My experience working in early childhood education has taught me the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I believe in fostering a love for learning through hands-on experiences and creating opportunities for exploration and discovery.
Being a military child has defined my life and has provided me with a specific skill set and a strong sense of community. I have learned that home is where the heart is, it’s not a physical place, but where you feel most loved and connected. Our families and the next generation are the foundation for the future. We as educators, have the responsibility to teach, to mold, to instruct, to do. But most importantly, to BE the example.
