My name is Shannon Schaeffer and I have been in the early childhood education field since 1992. I have been a Director for over 20 years and feel that I was called to this field. I obtained my State of Florida Director’s Credential with VPK endorsement, and my Child Development Associate Credential from Seminole State College. I believe that all children learn best when they are surrounded with love, compassion, and guidance. I feel extremely fortunate that we get to make a difference in the lives of children each day by meeting their social, emotional, and intellectual needs.
