My name is Heather Karcher and I am the mother to a wonderful boy on the ASD spectrum. I began working with children at a very young age in my native Philadelphia, knowing this was my calling in life. I have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a VPK endorsed Director’s credential. I have held various roles at Ladybird since 2014, becoming Director is a challenge that I am excited to take on. I know our amazing teachers at Wickham Park Windermere will make this truly enjoyable!
