Meet Our Director

With over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, I began my career at Ladybird as an Assistant Director in 2022. I currently hold an active CDA and the National Administrative Director’s Credential. My journey in early childhood education began as an assistant teacher, later advancing to a lead VPK teacher, where I was recognized and awarded multiple times for achieving the highest evaluation scores.

A very important phase for me was when I worked with children with special needs. It was a truly beautiful and enriching experience. Working with children with special needs has deepened my understanding of why I chose this career. It has reinforced my passion for early childhood education and my commitment to ensuring every child, regardless of their abilities, can learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow. I believe in fostering a love for learning through hands-on experiences and providing opportunities for exploration and discovery. As a Director, my goal is to ensure that our program upholds the highest standards of quality and provides a solid educational foundation for our children. I am dedicated to supporting and empowering our teachers to reach their fullest potential, as they are the heart of our program.

I am passionate about positively impacting the lives of children and families in our community. Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers is crucial in supporting the holistic development of every child. I am excited to continue my journey in early childhood education, inspiring and empowering the next generation of young learners. It is a true privilege to shape and influence the future through the work I do every day.
