Ladybird Academy of Wickham Park is our second Academy in the Windermere area and will work closely with our Chase Road Academy to provide families in the Windermere, Horizons West and Winter Garden communities the very best in early childhood care and education. Our award winning center is conveniently located on Overstreet Road, a stones throw away from our Chase Road facility allowing easy, accessible drop off and pick up. Meet Our Director
My name is Heather Karcher and I am the mother to a wonderful 8 year old boy on the ASD spectrum. I began working with children at a very young age in my native Philadelphia, knowing this was my calling in life. I have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a VPK endorsed Director’s credential. I have held various roles at Ladybird since 2014, becoming Director is a new challenge that I am excited to take on. I know our amazing teachers at Wickham Park Windermere will make this truly enjoyable! I look forward to leading our team and maintaining the high quality standards of care you come to expect from Ladybird Academy.
